Japanese Matcha - Green Elderberry Currant Ice Cream
Preparation Mix Elderberry Currant Tea with Japanese Matcha Green Tea. Strain to remove Tea leafs. Add sugar and egg yolks. Bring mixture to nappe or rose stage and stain. Place over ice bath and add heavy cream. Let rest for several hours and the process ice cream in ice cream machine. Serving suggestion Serve with an apple frangipan tart. |
